Fitch upgrades Vietnam’s credit-rating to BB+ from BB on “robust” FDI

Fitch Ratings has upgraded Vietnam's Long-Term Foreign-Currency Issuer Default Rating to 'BB+', from 'BB', with a stable outlook, according to Friday statement from Fitch.
